1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We offer fixed rate shipping trough our several well known trusted delivery companies. We process all orders within 2 business days. Once processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- InPost (4–8 Working Days) – €12.99 Recommended for small orders. Available in: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain.
- DPD (4–7 Working Days) – €19.90 Recommended for orders containing batteries for the safest handling. Available in: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
- DHL (3–6 Working Days) – €39.90 Available in: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
- UPS Worldwide Saver (1–2 Working Days) – €44.90 Available in: All countries worldwide.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- VAT: All prices shown on zenthing.eu include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate for your country. No customs duties apply.
- Outside the EU (e.g., UK, NO, CH, etc.): Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Fees (For non-EU shipments only): If your order is fulfilled from a warehouse outside the European Union, please note that as of 2026, all imports are subject to customs duties and a flat handling fee regardless of value.
- Option A (DDP): We ship "Delivery Duty Paid." All customs and import fees are included in the final price at checkout.
- Option B (DDU): Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Note: We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid unexpected charges.
3. Recommendations
To ensure a successful delivery, a valid mobile phone number and email address are mandatory. Providing missing or incorrect contact information may lead to significant delays, delivery failure, or the package being returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense. Look out for free shipping offers via our social media ads and seasonal promotions!
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time via your Shopify account or the link provided.
5. Risk of Loss & Damaged Goods
Under EU law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with zenthing.eu until the package is delivered and physically in your possession.
We take great care in packing your order, but if your package arrives with visible external damage, please point this out to the delivery driver immediately and ensure they record a note of the damage upon signature.
To process a claim for damaged goods, we require photographic or video evidence of the damaged product. Please contact us at hello@zenthing.eu within 48 hours of delivery.
